Since 1995 Alina worked in management positions in market-leading companies managing branch directors, regional sales directors and other top executives, and developing new successful leaders.

Since autumn 2011 Alina works as an independent coach, trainer, and business consultant. Alina specialises in individual coaching of top-level managers and business owners, team coaching sessions, and integration of coaching culture into company management processes.  Qualified coach, certified in 2003-2004 by Erickson College International, Alina has over 2200 hours of individual and team coaching sessions to her name.

During the last 5 years Alina worked on a number of projects with the following companies: Sberbank, Nestle, KPMG, Raiffeisen Life, Rostelecom Volga, PPF, Cargill, Karcher, UFG, Mondi, ADV, and others.

LARA ZOLOTAREV

Lara worked for almost 20 years as an IT professional, moving from an analyst programmer to associate director level in one of the most prestigious investment banks in Australia.  She had extensive experience in managing IT teams of varying sizes, with a history of successful delivery of complex multi-million dollar projects and programs of work for demanding and challenging businesses. Lara was particularly successful in management roles that required high level drive and dedication, achieving results through her ability to keep multifaceted project teams positive and motivated in a high-pressure environment.

2011 – 2015  Macquarie Group (Australia), Risk Management Division, IT Program Manager role, Associate Director level from 2012.
1995 – 2011  Macquarie Bank (Australia), Banking Division, moving from a developer to a tech lead and later to an IT Project/Portfolio Manager role with responsibility for project delivery of IT systems and services to business clients in areas of insurance, banking products, general ledge and risk management and compliance.
